Our Story
Husband and wife Kamer and Tahni Akarsu, Virginia Beach locals for over a decade, founded Boba Tea & Co., in 2023. They've owned several successful businesses before this one and have been in the food industry since 2013. From working in the coffee business to owning a full-service restaurant, they discovered their love for bringing food and people together.
With their appreciation for undeniably delicious beverages, they've decided to serve up their own version of bubble tea here at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
